Amenities, Standout Features, & Quirks:
Marley Run was the first and one of the only neighborhoods in all of Calvert County to have its own community water and sewer system. For those of you have experience a septic system that failed or a well that dried up Marley Run might be the perfect place for you.
The neighborhood also has a recreation area, technically the builder donated the Marley Run Recreation Area to Calvert County but it is located at the end of the neighborhood. It is open to the public and becomes quite busy at the height of the season. The park includes three baseball/softball fields and even has a concession stand complete with bathrooms.
